By accessing or using the website, visitors acknowledge that they have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them. Anyone who does not agree with any provision must discontinue use of the website.

3. Scope of the website

The website presents institutional information about ServiceInfo, its areas of expertise, solutions, services, support channels and contact options.

Its content is provided for informational and commercial purposes. No description published on the website replaces a technical assessment, requirements analysis, commercial proposal, agreement, statement of work, service-level agreement or other formal document applicable to a specific engagement.

ServiceInfo may adapt the scope, technology, methodology, schedule and service conditions according to each client’s requirements and the technical feasibility of the project.

4. Access and availability

Access to the public areas of the website is generally free of charge and does not require registration. Certain features, portals or support channels may require authentication, an active contractual relationship or prior authorisation.

ServiceInfo takes reasonable measures to keep the website available and secure, but may carry out maintenance, updates, corrections or temporary interruptions. Unavailability may also result from connection failures, hosting or infrastructure issues, third-party services, security events or circumstances outside ServiceInfo’s reasonable control.

Features, pages and content may be changed, suspended or removed to address technical, commercial, operational, legal or security requirements.

5. Permitted use and user responsibilities

When using the website or its digital channels, users agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current and sufficient information when completing forms or requesting assistance;
  • Use the website lawfully, ethically and in a manner consistent with its institutional purpose;
  • Respect copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy and all other rights belonging to ServiceInfo and third parties;
  • Not share passwords, access codes or credentials for restricted areas with unauthorised persons;
  • Keep their devices, browsers, accounts and connections protected against unauthorised access;
  • Promptly report any suspected fraud, misuse, vulnerability or compromise of credentials;
  • Hold the necessary authority to represent any company or person on whose behalf a request is submitted.

Users are responsible for the content of the information and files they submit and for confirming that they have a lawful basis, proper authority and legitimate grounds to share them.

6. Prohibited conduct

The website, forms, portals and digital channels must not be used to:

  • Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or discriminatory conduct, or conduct contrary to public order;
  • Transmit malware, malicious scripts, infected files, abusive automated messages or content intended to compromise systems;
  • Attempt to access accounts, servers, databases, directories, administrative panels, source code or other resources without authorisation;
  • Circumvent security controls, authentication, access restrictions or protective mechanisms;
  • Exploit vulnerabilities or perform penetration testing or scanning without prior written authorisation;
  • Interfere with the operation of the website or place an excessive load on its infrastructure;
  • Copy, scrape, extract, republish or use website content or data through automated, large-scale or commercial means without authorisation;
  • Impersonate ServiceInfo or any of its employees, clients, partners or other third parties;
  • Use ServiceInfo’s trademarks, visual identity, domain name, content or reputation in a manner that may mislead third parties;
  • Submit sensitive personal data, trade secrets, passwords or confidential information that has not been expressly requested.

ServiceInfo may restrict access, block activity, preserve technical records and take administrative or legal action where it identifies misuse, a security risk or a breach of these Terms.

7. Institutional content and technical information

ServiceInfo seeks to keep its information accurate and current. However, content concerning technologies, suppliers, features, compatibility, market practices and technical requirements may change over time.

Materials published on the website do not constitute a guarantee of results, a universally applicable recommendation or an implementation commitment. Technical and commercial decisions must take into account each organisation’s environment, objectives, risks, dependencies and specific requirements.

Material errors may be corrected at any time without creating an obligation to retain outdated versions or conditions published as the result of an obvious error.

8. Enquiries, proposals and contracting

Submitting a form, message, contact request or request for proposal does not create an obligation for either party to enter into an agreement.

Pricing, timelines, scope, deliverables, licences, responsibilities, assumptions, warranties, support, service levels, payment terms and acceptance criteria will be defined in the relevant proposal or contractual instrument.

An engagement will only be considered formalised following valid acceptance of a proposal, execution of an agreement or confirmation through another method accepted by the parties, in accordance with the applicable commercial terms.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific agreement entered into with ServiceInfo, the specific agreement will prevail in relation to the contracted services.

9. Portals, support and credentials

Access to client portals, ticketing systems, support environments or other restricted areas may require individual credentials and an active relationship with ServiceInfo.

Credentials are personal and must not be shared with anyone who is not authorised by the client organisation. The account owner must promptly report changes in personnel, loss of access, suspected compromise or the need to revoke access.

Tickets, requests and communications submitted by authenticated users may be treated as having been made on behalf of the associated organisation, subject to the applicable permissions and contractual rules.

10. Third-party platforms and services

The ServiceInfo website and services may depend on hosting, telecommunications, cloud services, software, APIs, communication platforms, security tools and other resources supplied by third parties.

These suppliers maintain their own terms, policies, technical limitations, availability rules and operating practices. Changes, failures or discontinuation of those services may affect dependent features, even where ServiceInfo has adopted reasonable prevention and business-continuity measures.

The use of third-party products or services in contracted projects will be governed by the applicable proposal, agreement and, where relevant, the terms of the respective supplier.

11. Intellectual property

Text, trademarks, names, logos, visual elements, layouts, graphics, images, videos, documents, materials, code and other content made available on the website belong to ServiceInfo or are used under licence or authorisation.

Access to the website does not transfer any intellectual property rights to users. Content may only be viewed and used for legitimate purposes related to obtaining information about and evaluating the services.

Without ServiceInfo’s prior written authorisation, users must not:

  • Reproduce, adapt, edit, distribute, sell, license or commercially exploit website content;
  • Remove notices of authorship, ownership, trademark rights or other protections;
  • Use ServiceInfo’s visual identity or distinctive signs in a manner that suggests a partnership, sponsorship or authorisation that does not exist;
  • Copy protected structures, materials or components to create competing or derivative products, pages or services.

Rights relating to deliverables, code, licences, documentation and materials produced under contracted projects will be defined in the applicable contractual instrument.

12. Third-party trademarks and content

Any third-party trademarks, trade names, logos, products and services mentioned on the website belong to their respective owners.

A reference to any technology, manufacturer, partner or platform does not imply unrestricted endorsement, exclusivity, commercial representation or a warranty by ServiceInfo unless that relationship is expressly stated.

14. Privacy, cookies and records

The processing of personal data in connection with the website, forms and support channels is described in ServiceInfo’s Privacy and Cookie Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Technical records, access information and security events may be processed to operate the website, prevent fraud, investigate incidents, comply with legal obligations and exercise legal rights, in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

When using external services, including WhatsApp or support platforms, users will also be subject to the relevant supplier’s rules and privacy practices.

15. Security

ServiceInfo adopts technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the website and the data processed. No digital environment, however, can be regarded as entirely risk-free.

Users must not submit passwords, private keys, authentication codes, complete banking details or confidential information through public channels or without an express request.

Suspected fraud, vulnerabilities or misuse should be reported to contato@serviceinfo.com.br with sufficient information for assessment and without further exploitation of the suspected issue.

16. Limitation of liability

ServiceInfo will be responsible for its acts within the limits of applicable law and the obligations it has expressly assumed. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to mandatory rights and the rules applicable to each relationship, ServiceInfo will not be liable for losses arising solely from:

  • Use of the website in breach of these Terms or applicable law;
  • Incorrect, incomplete or unauthorised information supplied by a user;
  • Failures involving devices, networks, browsers, accounts, credentials or systems controlled by a user or a third party;
  • The unavailability, alteration or discontinuation of third-party platforms or services;
  • Attacks, fraud or external events that could not reasonably have been prevented by the security measures adopted;
  • Decisions made solely on the basis of general institutional content without a technical assessment or specific engagement;
  • Force majeure, unforeseeable events or circumstances outside ServiceInfo’s reasonable control.

Responsibilities relating to contracted services, service levels, warranties, remediation, support, continuity, backups and recovery will be governed by the applicable agreement.

17. Suspension and termination of access

ServiceInfo may suspend or restrict access to features, portals and digital channels where there is evidence of fraud, a security breach, abusive use, non-compliance with these Terms, termination of the contractual relationship, or a technical or legal requirement.

Where reasonably possible and compatible with security requirements, ServiceInfo may inform the responsible party and provide guidance on the measures required to restore access or remedy the situation.

18. Amendments to these Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect legal, regulatory, technological, commercial, operational or security changes.

The current version will remain available on the website together with the date of its latest update. Use of the website after a revised version is published will be subject to the Terms then in effect.

Changes to existing agreements will follow the rules set out in the relevant contractual instrument and will not take effect solely as a result of an update to this page.

19. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including, where applicable, the Brazilian Civil Code, the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet, the Brazilian General Data Protection Law and the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

Any dispute relating to use of the website will be submitted to the courts of the Judicial District of Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules and rights that cannot be waived by agreement.
